Paralegal Position - LPC Graduate

A forward-thinking, innovative law firm is looking for an LPC Graduate to join their firm as a paralegal in their leading residential property team. This is an entry-level role, and they are happy to provide full training; however, having completed a module in property/real estate law on your LPC would be beneficial.

Full training will be provided on all key duties and will include:

• Assisting a small team of fee earners with their caseload, covering all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to post-completion.
• Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms.
• File opening.
• Companies House Registrations.
• File closing, including matter balances.

It is essential that you have a very strong academic background, including the LPC, exceptional client and communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. This is an exciting role for an LPC graduate looking for their first step into a law firm.
