Salary: £29,000 to £35,000 + 10% annual bonus + benefits package
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities Team on a permanent basis within our established Property department at NFU Mutual. Our Property department provides our business, employees, and the Agents across our UK-wide Agency Network with high-quality, safe and secure work environments.
As Facilities Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting and coordinating the delivery of soft facilities services for the NFU Mutual property estate, this includes overseeing areas such as cleaning and waste services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, security, post room and reprographics services and business chauffeuring. You’ll ensure these areas meet business expectations, statutory requirements and environmental obligations whilst also representing best value and providing a great customer service.
You’ll also be the first point of call when any unexpected issues arise and will actively put in place the support required to resolve these issues.
Additionally, you’ll be the Team Leader for our lovely Post Room, reprographics, chauffeur and grounds team at head office in Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ll ensure the team know what’s expected of them and to motivate them to reach their potential.

This role requires occasional travel to sites across our UK-wide business, so a driving license is essential, and you’ll have access to a pool car. This role is based at our Head Office site in Stratford Upon Avon.
You have existing team leader experience with a passion for supporting and developing direct reports, building strong relationships and promoting an environment of engagement and wellbeing withing your team. Paired with your team leader experience, you are a true team player with excellent communication skills to work effectively with others. You’re confident in your problem-solving abilities when tackling challenges and possess the resilience to support this. Additionally, you have strong time management skills to prioritise tasks.
