Experienced Mental Health and Complex Care Support Workers Required

Location: Winchester

Shifts Available: Long Day, Waking Night, and Sleep-In

The suitable Support Worker will:

1. Have worked a minimum of 6 months with recent experience in the UK supporting the following:
2. Experience with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Personal Care, Administering Medication, Challenging Behaviours, Complex Care, Epilepsy, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Disabilities, Mental Health, and Buccal Administration.
3. Be comfortable with Lone Working or working as part of a team.
4. Ideally possess a Driver’s License (not mandatory).
5. Have a flexible approach to work.
6. Have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
7. Able to comfortably travel to services within this location.
