Up to £500 for successful referrals

Proven experience in a Service Desk role, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and proficiency with Windows Server.

Provide support in a hybrid environment for a growing start-up.
Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Active Directory issues.

Service Desk Engineer

A very exciting start-up client of ours is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their team in Macclesfield. Although they are a start-up, the team is currently made up of 3 Directors who are vastly experienced with big plans to grow.

This is a hybrid position.

Experience working in an MSP environment would be preferred.

Required Skills/Experience of the Service Desk Engineer:

Proven experience in a Service Desk role, ideally within an MSP or similar environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory, including Group Policy
Experience with Azure AD integration and Intune device management.
Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Azure Virtual Desktop, etc)

The successful Service Desk Engineer will be paid up to £35,000 per annum.
