Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and provide strategic HR solutions that drive the logistics division's performance.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to address critical skill gaps within JD.com's logistics operations.
  • Oversee employee relations efforts, fostering a positive and productive work environment while managing any performance-related issues.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, guiding transformation in line with JD.com's global vision and business priorities.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with UK labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Utilize HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement in HR programs and processes.
  • Champion employee engagement and diversity initiatives, building a culture of inclusion and belonging within JD.com's global workforce.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, with a strong background in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is mandatory for this role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Significant experience in the logistics or supply chain industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and talent needs in this sector.
  • HR Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in performance management, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
