• Drive the financial performance of the business through insightful analysis and decision making
• Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate financial strategies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence business decisions
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Lead and mentor a small finance team
