Job Title: Team Coordinator

Location: Northampton

Full Time – Permanent

Shifts: 4 on 4 off

We are now recruiting for a Team Coordinator to join us, reporting to the Process Team Manager. This key role in the brewery is customer-driven with flexible working essential to meet the production plans placed upon the Brewery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support the PTM in effectively leading and coaching a team to deliver the people, service, quality, and cost targets within the relevant department.
• Provide SIC (site incident controller) cover across site ensuring ERT (Emergency response team) is in place each shift and team has correct skills to deploy effectively.
• Align all functions in end-to-end supply chain regarding operational planning and priorities.
• Drive conformance to standard speeds, ensure V-curve STD are regularly reviewed and highlight potential for additional gain through involvement in Chrono-analysis.
• Act as deputy for Process Team Manager as required – unable to arrange annual leave during the same period of the PTM.
• Act as a single point of contact for issues on the shift and take decisions around process and resource allocation including resource planning to ensure adherence to plan.

Experience and Key Attributes required:

• Experience of working in a fast-moving production environment.
• General Certificate in Brewing or working towards the qualification.
• IT literacy (QC/SPC, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of the relevant Health, Safety & Environmental considerations.
• Understanding of ‘right first time’ principles.
