We are looking for an excellent highly committed and focused Organisational Development project manager to support the first year of the implementation of our new Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy, working on a variety of key workforce projects and supporting the governance, monitoring and evaluation of the strategy. You will enjoy delivering in a fast-paced environment and working with staff from all parts of the organisation. You will be an experienced practitioner who works in a values-based way with integrity and enthusiasm.

The role will require a range of organisational development aspects from diagnostics, utilising data and analysis of multiple data sources. Staff engagement is a primary factor for all the work we do. Governance, monitoring and evaluation of multiple work streams is also key to this role, as is excellent project management, and the ability to write succinct papers and present at a range of trust forums.
