Job Description:

Our Project Controls division operates across the UK, Europe and North America to find candidates who deliver planning, costing and management of infrastructure and engineering projects. Within this role you will be working in a 360-capacity working with new and existing clients to offer best in class recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
Securing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and market knowledge.
Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets.

Requirements:

Previous recruitment experience within Project Controls.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
