Job Opportunity: Finance Consultant for Transformation Programme
We are seeking a Finance Consultant to support Genpact on a Finance BPO and Transformation project, focused on improving financial performance through process optimization.
Role Overview:
- Initial 4-6 week engagement, with the potential for extension based on results.
- Primarily remote work (with occasional travel to Bristol if required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify inefficiencies in Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Recommend solutions to streamline workflows and improve financial performance.
- Develop an AI Transformation roadmap to integrate automation and data-driven insights for measurable improvements.
Required Experience:
- Strong expertise in Finance processes, particularly P2P and O2C.
- Experience in global businesses, ideally across UK&I, EU, and Canada.
- Experience with Oracle upgrades and AI-driven transformation would be highly advantageous.
