The Opportunity

A growing Microsoft Dynamics partner is looking for a Lead D365 Finance Consultant to drive full lifecycle D365 Finance & Operations (Finance) implementations. This is an opportunity to join a small, agile team where you will play a key role in leading projects, engaging in pre-sales, and providing end-to-end implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance-Focused D365FO Implementations – Manage end-to-end project delivery, from pre-sales to post-go-live support.
• Business Process Analysis & Solution Design – Work closely with stakeholders to document requirements, identify gaps, and design scalable solutions.
• System Configuration & Testing – Perform application setup, process evaluation, and user acceptance testing.
• User Training & Support – Develop training materials and provide hands-on support post-implementation.
• Cross-Module Exposure – While the focus is Finance, experience with SCM or other modules will be beneficial as the business grows.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&SCM).Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and business best practices.
• Experience working on full software development lifecycles in Waterfall or Agile environments.
• Ability to configure Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations, including business rules and process flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with executive and operational teams.
• Exposure to SCM or other D365 modules.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SSIS or other integration tools.
