Job Description

As the Bid Writer you will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare, write, and deliver high-quality information to senior management for the preparation of bids
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the property industry and market trends
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and expertise
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy
• Ensure all bid documentation is up-to-date and in line with company policies
• Participate in bid presentations when required
• Assist in other projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Bid Writer will have:

• A strong background in bid writing / copywriting, ideally within the property industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive and innovative approach to work.
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently.

What's on Offer

A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000.

Please note - this is an office based role x 5 days in Hitchin.
