The Offer:
- Supervise the management of stocks of goods, drinks, products
- Collaborate with other teams to execute daily F&B operations
- Responsible for conducting inventories
- Ensure an excellent guest experience
- Participate in determining replenishment needs and placing orders
- Take reservations and prepare seating plans
- Propose team and operations improvements
- Ensure compliance with the hotel’s values and standards
- Transmit ascending and descending information and instructions
Requirements:
- Passionate about Food and Beverage with strong knowledge of the division
- Experience in F&B management for a 4-star hotel is a plus
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferable
- Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
- Good computer knowledge and ability
- Able to multi-task, proactive, and good with time management
