As the F&B Manager and City Lover at NYX London Holborn Hotel, you’ll take full ownership of our entire food & beverage offering, including our iconic rooftop Glasshouse, the stylish Midtown restaurant, breakfast service, and room service. You’ll lead from the front, setting the standard for service and inspiring your team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. With your passion for hospitality, you’ll create a vibrant and seamless operation that keeps NYX Hotels at the forefront of the F&B scene.

Key responsibilities of the F&B Manager:

• Take charge of all F&B operations, ensuring outstanding service in our Glasshouse rooftop, Midtown restaurant, breakfast service, and room service.
• Be yourself! Bring personality and energy to the role, making every guest feel welcome.
• Lead by example: inspire and develop your team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Maximise revenue opportunities across all outlets, driving profitability while maintaining quality.
• Stay ahead of trends: review competitor activity and market insights to keep NYX Hotels unique and in demand.
• Ensure high standards of food presentation, quality, and service at all times.
• Create a guest-focused culture, recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
• Develop training plans to support team growth and career progression.
• Be a hands-on leader: engaging with guests, solving challenges, and making sure every visit is unforgettable.
