Our proven strategy has helped us become award-winning and the largest digital health provider treating diet-related conditions in Europe. We operate within the healthcare systems to give people access to the medical care they need. We are rapidly expanding across Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, Germany and now Poland. You will be joining an organization that has treated 600,000 people to date and is continuing to scale up.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating work with stakeholders within the UK team as well as managing and developing our analysts to reach greater heights.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, develop and mentor a team of analysts, helping them reach new levels of performance and skill.
  2. Contribute and build complex suites of models as part of our enterprise data model in dbt and allow internal stakeholders to generate their own reports.
  3. Lead and design analysis of complex challenges in our operational and patient care to help drive best-in-class care and improve the efficiency of Oviva.
  4. Deliver various ad-hoc analytical reports or insights for executive to c-suite decision making.
  5. Lead transformation projects and OKRs to achieve step change improvements at Oviva.
  6. Design and drive adoption of processes for standardisation, best practice and self-service practices across the BI team.
  7. Help mentor others in the team in SQL, dbt and BI tool visualisation.
  8. Use machine learning Python libraries to dig deeper into analyses and use the output to improve our reporting.
  9. Collaborate closely with Business, Data Science and Engineering & Commercial stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  1. A result-driven, pragmatic mindset, ability to cope with and improve imperfect data sets.
  2. 1-2 years experience of managing direct reports, with proven people management skills.
  3. Fluent in using complex SQL to solve hard problems.
  4. Hands-on mentality.
  5. Highly experienced in dbt and able to determine what set of models are required.
  6. Able to create high quality dashboards for difficult problems in data visualization tools such as: Google Data Studio, MS Power BI, Looker, Mode, Preset, Metabase or Tableau.
  7. Fluency in English.

What We Offer:

  1. An opportunity to make a meaningful impact in revolutionising healthcare.
  2. Exciting and rewarding role in the high-growth environment.
  3. Training and development opportunities.
  4. Flexible and hybrid working that enables you to work in a way that suits you.
  5. A home working allowance to personalise your workspace.
  6. Competitive salary.
  7. Robust benefits package.
