Job Summary:
Company: Live Nation
Department: Business Intelligence
Location: Farringdon, London with hybrid working flexibility
Reports to: VP Business Intelligence
Working Hours: Full time (flexibility considered)
Job Type: Permanent
Role Description
You will be part of Live Nation UK's Business Intelligence team. The BI team's mission is to drive growth by maximising efficiency, providing insights and influencing critical decisions throughout the Live Nation UK concerts and festival business. Our business is fast paced with ever changing demands and generates a vast amount of data relating to some of the biggest tours and festivals in the UK. Our objective is to streamline that data, transform it into easily accessible and interpretable insight and get that insight to the people who need it, when they need it. By the end of 2026, we aim to have all our stakeholders confident accessing the data they need via Tableau. We have mature data structures, databases and paginated reporting tools, but are at the beginning of our Tableau journey.
We are looking for someone who has technical experience in Tableau dashboard design, QA and governance, as well as being business focussed and excellent at stakeholder engagement. You will need to be able to gather stakeholder requirements, identify the metrics needed to meet those requirements and design easily accessible, visually appealing dashboards to surface those metrics. You will be able to understand the complexities of the business and design a Tableau site to support various stakeholders, as well as monitor, maintain and expand it long term. Ideally, you'll also be confident interpreting data and sharing your insight directly with stakeholders.
This role will work closely with teams who deliver our festival portfolio as well as IT teams, so the right person will thrive in a dynamic environment, building relationships with non-technical colleagues and be comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
What it’s like to work in the Team
We are a small team with big impact at the heart of the business and our scope is ever-expanding. We have a lot of autonomy and are relied upon to find solutions to complex data problems; the business looks to us for critical insight to support strategic decisions. We are a team of creative problem solvers and work closely to find solutions and work out next steps. Our workload blends the proactive and the reactive - laying a solid data and insights foundation, whilst also responding to the dynamic needs of the music industry.
