With a new branch opening on the horizon, we're looking for an exceptional leader. Our General Managers are given the ultimate responsibility of managing the daily operations of our restaurants. You’re someone who oozes passion for food, drinks and guest satisfaction, and you’re prepared to go above and beyond to ensure diners leave with a memorable experience.

You’re a born leader and can inspire your team to ensure the restaurant delivers to your exceptionally high standards as well as overseeing sales, profit and strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years in the hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years of experience as a general manager.
• Proven experience managing a busy, high-volume site.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage costs.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of customer care and attention to detail.
