Referoo is the leading SaaS background checking platform, built to streamline and simplify the hiring process for recruiters and HR teams. We’re trusted by organisations across the globe to deliver fast, secure, and fully compliant background checks. As we continue to grow in the UK, we’re looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Manager to help our clients get maximum value from Referoo.

The Role:

You’ll be the face of Referoo for our UK clients – guiding new customers through onboarding, driving product adoption, and supporting long-term success. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help build deep relationships, solve problems, and turn clients into Referoo advocates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth implementation
  2. Providing training and support to maximise product adoption and ROI
  3. Acting as the main point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and feature requests
  4. Monitoring account health and proactively driving engagement
  5. Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  6. Identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to account growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or related role (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Tech-savvy and confident with software tools
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and client outcomes
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • UK-based and eligible to work in the UK
