One of London’s top construction consultancies is looking for a Project Director to join their sociable but hardworking project management team. This role is an incredibly exciting opportunity to have a very varied portfolio of projects with some of the top clients in the country. Clients include "blue-chip" industry names such as Argent, Native Land and British Land, but also smaller investor/property companies.
This role would be perfect for someone who has experience across regeneration, public realm and commercial office (new build along with strip out/cut & carve/fit out).

A Project Director would be expected to lead some of the smaller projects and be an integral part of the team whilst playing a key role on larger projects, reporting into the Partner responsible for delivering these market leading schemes.
It is incredibly important that all candidates must have a strong understanding of the project management process, construction teams and the subsequent roles and responsibilities surrounded in a consultant project management role. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a Project Management Consultancy; furthermore, candidates will have experience delivering projects from pre-construction phase through to practical completion. Employers Agent & Contract Administration experience is essential.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £105,000 (depending on experience) plus an extensive benefits package, including bonus scheme.
