We are recruiting on behalf of a close client, a leading main contractor specialising in data centre construction. They are seeking an experienced Project Director with an MEP bias to lead the delivery of major data centre projects, from pre-construction through to on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless delivery from pre-construction to completion.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring MEP packages are executed to the highest standard.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to drive successful outcomes.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to drive project performance.
- Willingness to be based in or travel within the M25 region as required.
