Influencer Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand's creative direction, working closely with the Co-Founders and Head of Growth to scale digital performance and brand impact. The Influencer Marketing Manager will:

• Lead and optimise the in-house paid influencer program to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and influencers, ensuring consistent high-quality content production.
• Analyse and report on influencer performance to measure impact on brand visibility and sales.
• Oversee the commissioning and management of freelance content creators, videographers, and editors.
• Develop and execute a strategic content distribution plan across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, and content strategy within a DTC environment.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising and e-commerce revenue generation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, including freelancers and creative agencies.
• Expertise in content production, post-production workflows, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
