Social & Brand Manager – Global Award-Winning Beauty Brand

Location: Fully Remote (with occasional travel, approx. once a month)

Our client, a globally recognised, award-winning beauty brand, is looking for a Social & Brand Manager to take their digital presence to the next level. Having worked with an external agency, they’re now bringing social media and PR in-house, and they need a creative and strategic thinker to lead the way.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and executing the brand’s social media strategy across Instagram & TikTok
• Planning and delivering engaging, trend-led content to grow audience engagement
• Overseeing email marketing campaigns to connect with customers and drive conversions
• Managing influencer relationships and collaborations to boost brand awareness
• Developing PR strategies to enhance the brand’s reputation and visibility
• Analysing performance metrics and adapting strategies for continued growth
• Assisting in developing and executing brand strategies to increase awareness and market share.
• Supporting in defining and maintaining brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working across multiple beauty, cosmetic, or personal care brands
• Strong track record in Instagram & TikTok marketing – you know what works!
• Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
• Creative flair – you can craft scroll-stopping content and compelling brand messaging
• Confidence in managing influencer partnerships and PR activities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote role
