Commercial Property Solicitor (Senior Associate / Partner), 6+ Years PQE, Exeter, £67,500+ (DOE) - We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join a leading law firm in Exeter. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on high-profile, complex transactions while leading the continued growth and success of the practice. JOB REF:9188.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead on high-value commercial property transactions and complex legal matters.
2. Manage and develop client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance.
3. Supervise and mentor junior members of the team, supporting their professional development.
4. Play an active role in business development and growing the practice, leveraging your existing network and expertise.
5. Ensure that all legal advice and work comply with current legislation and best practices.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. A strong track record in commercial property law, ideally with experience in handling complex, high-value matters.
2. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing client relationships with both local and national clients.
3. Strong business development skills, with a passion for growing the practice and contributing to the strategic direction of the team.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
6. An established network of contacts is essential.
