Bell Contracts & Co Ltd are a professional construction company which operates throughout the UK and Ireland. We provide construction, property redevelopment and refurbishment services across HOUSING, HEALTH, EDUCATION & AVIATION sectors. Bell Contracts are seeking an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join the current team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Answering multi-line telephone system and patching through calls to colleagues
  2. Taking detailed messages and forwarding to required staff members
  3. Correlating staff holidays to shared calendars once approved by line managers
  4. Maintaining MOTS/INSURANCES/TAX etc for company vehicles
  5. Maintaining vehicle and plant repairs registers
  6. Booking travel and accommodation for traveling staff
  7. Booking in temp staff as and when required by line manager for sites
  8. Recording all site staff times daily and producing timesheets weekly to accounts dept for processing
  9. Checking weekly rent receivable for various commercial/residential property
  10. Liaising with commercial/residential tenants and addressing any reported issues
  11. Maintaining the register of leases/tenant details and ensuring all tenancy agreements are kept up to date
CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
  1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Teams, Word etc.
  2. Previous administrative experience is essential
  3. Strong attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills

The job description is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the role. This position is full-time permanent based at our Head Office in Cookstown, Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm.
