Job description

We are a new generation consultancy based across UK and EU and founded on the premises of engineering excellence and empowering people to make an impact. All our consultants have equity in the company, genuinely love what they do, and are really good at it.

We work with all modern tech stacks and typically run agile scrum on all our projects.

About you

Are you passionate about data and its transformational powers? Do you like being able to make a huge difference in a limited period of time? We might be just the right place for you.

Your key skills and capabilities:

• Communication and stakeholder management skills – translate to both technical / non-technical audiences
• Business analysis, requirements capture, documentation
• Process and system analysis, process improvement – as-is and to-be process mapping, UML diagrams
• Problem solver and can develop solutions with the client
• SQL experience
• Experience with Cloud platforms
• Backlog management using one of the common tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Agile ways of working

We expect you to work closely with the business to understand their current data problems, business processes, and work with the business to propose solutions. Also, we expect you to be a good communicator with your team and the client.
