We are looking to hire a talented and committed Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our Campus recruiting team to play a critical role in managing Amazon's growth and additional hiring requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, organization, prioritization and communication skills as well as attention to detail. They will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
4+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Fluent in both English and Japanese (writing and speaking)
Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
Experience in a campus recruitment environment
