Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven marketer with a passion for B2B, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving. About the role

  1. Shape Strategy: Collaborate to develop results-driven marketing plans that identify growth opportunities and strengthen our market position.
  2. Drive Performance: Recommend key metrics to track success and ensure business growth in revenue, brand presence, and lead generation.
  3. Own the Budget: Work closely with the Head of Marketing to allocate budgets effectively and maximize returns.
  4. Lead B2B Campaigns: Deliver engaging campaigns that position Kiwa as a global thought leader.
  5. Innovate: Experiment with new marketing techniques, leveraging A/B testing and insights to optimise performance.
  6. Enhance Customer Experience: Use insights to refine our customer journey and improve product-market fit.
  7. Be Creative: Craft compelling value propositions that resonate across our business units.
  8. Stay Ahead of Trends: Anticipate market changes and recommend strategies to keep Kiwa at the forefront.
  9. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of three marketing professionals.
  10. Collaborate Widely: Work with stakeholders across departments to align on campaigns and drive cross-selling opportunities.
  11. Support Sales: Develop world-class sales funnels and provide innovative lead-generation strategies.
  12. Deliver Campaigns: Lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels, working with agency partners.
  13. Oversee Content: Manage content strategies that ensure a consistent, impactful message across all platforms.

We’re seeking a rockstar marketer with significant experience and a proven track record of leading teams across all marketing specialisms. Key attributes include:

  1. Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing.
  2. Leadership & Strategy: Experience in managing budgets, reporting ROI, and driving growth through innovative strategies.
  3. Skills & Tools: Proficiency with IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office), strong planning, organisational, presentation, and consultative skills.
  4. Problem Solver: Strategic thinker with a helicopter view and an entrepreneurial, self-starting approach to driving change.
  5. Experience: Balancing the needs of customers, shareholders, and employees while opening markets, launching services, and driving growth.
  6. Adaptability: Willingness to travel, collaborate in teams, and deliver results with dynamism, reliability, and flexibility.
  7. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels.

What can you expect from us in return?

  1. Up to £59,400 per annum
  2. Car Allowance: £5,600 per annum
  3. Generous Annual Leave: Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
  4. 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday, remote role with frequent travel
