We offer highly regarded health services, employing some 10,000 staff. Our ambitious £250m estates programme is well on the way to delivering state-of-the-art facilities over the next two years to meet the current and future healthcare needs of the populations we serve.
We believe that having a diverse workforce, and allowing people to be themselves, is essential in ensuring we offer an inclusive, welcoming and productive place to work.
We are excited to offer a position for an Acute Inpatient Therapy Practice Facilitator in Occupational Therapy, to work across our therapy department. We expect this post to support the clinical development of staff within the acute inpatient therapy teams and to provide training and clinical experience to those in the wider therapy teams. This post will work in partnership within our workforce team to support pre-registration learners, promote safe learning environments, and bring practice educators together. This post is an opportunity to develop your own non-clinical skills across the pillars of practice, and work with a variety of people. If you are interested in practice education, facilitating the development of others and working proactively and collaboratively, we welcome your application.
