Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you may be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. Why this job matters:

As a Support Team Member in BT Security, you will be a critical part of a Field & Infrastructure team that is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of estates to enable our specialist security operations. You will be working with a team of professionals who bring together the best networks and technology, that protects the UK Critical National Infrastructure and key global customers, making connections, creating new possibilities, and developing special services of high value to our customers. You will work collaboratively with other teams of BT experts for procurement of goods and services key to the smooth operation of the field team.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible to maintain and deliver support to the International Assignment Team.
• Ensure that all compliance documentation is kept up to date and training records are maintained.
• Provide Administration, Procurement and Fleet Service support to the Field Team across multiple locations.
• Help to establish new ways of working and help to set up new office environments that are equipped to manage the projects we deliver.

What you'll bring:

• Have the ability to resolve complex problems, demonstrating ownership of relevant workstacks.
• Be an experienced delivery agent, with specific experience of delivering all aspects of work in line with specific deadlines and compliance schedules.
• Have experience of delivering solutions, requiring management of short, medium and long-term timeframes.
• Have previous experience as an administrator, balancing multiple workstreams and delivering to a high standard of accuracy and to specific timelines.
• Must have developed the appropriate communication skills with a sound ability to negotiate internally and externally in significant client and stakeholder relationships.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. The role is subject to you gaining and keeping the necessary level of security clearance needed to undertake your work. The result of the security clearance vetting is not subject to appeal. Failure to successfully achieve and maintain the necessary level of security clearance may see any offer of employment with BT cease or withdrawn or may cause a role change or possibly lead to termination of employment.
