Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you may be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

Why this job matters:

As a Support Team Member in BT Security, you will be a critical part of a Field & Infrastructure team responsible for the maintenance and delivery of estates to enable our specialist security operations. You will work collaboratively with other teams of BT experts for procurement of goods and services key to the smooth operation of the field team.

What you’ll do:

  1. Be responsible for maintaining and delivering support to the International Assignment Team.
  2. Ensure that all compliance documentation is kept up to date and training records are maintained.
  3. Provide Administration, Procurement, and Fleet Service support to the Field Team across multiple locations.
  4. Help establish new ways of working and set up new office environments equipped to manage the projects we deliver.

What you'll bring:

  1. Ability to resolve complex problems, demonstrating ownership of relevant workstacks.
  2. Experience as a delivery agent, with a history of delivering all aspects of work in line with specific deadlines and compliance schedules.
  3. Experience of delivering solutions requiring management of short, medium, and long-term timeframes.
  4. Previous experience as an administrator, balancing multiple workstreams and delivering to a high standard of accuracy and to specific timelines.
  5. Developed communication skills with a sound ability to negotiate internally and externally in significant client and stakeholder relationships.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. The role is subject to you gaining and keeping the necessary level of security clearance needed to undertake your work. Failure to successfully achieve and maintain the necessary level of security clearance may lead to termination of employment.
