Job description

Location: Leek - with travel throughout Staffordshire Moorlands and the High Peak

Contract: Permanent

Alliance Environmental Services Ltd (AES) is currently seeking an experienced professional to join our growing environmental operations business. You will be based at Leek and may be required to travel throughout the area as well as neighbouring boroughs.

This is a key support role primarily dealing with waste collection support and Human Resources Support; however, the role could also include work in other areas of the business such as Street Cleansing, Parks & Grounds and Fleet Services.

The successful candidate will have a “can do” and flexible attitude with the ability to:

  1. Work within a team to provide a high standard of administrative business support and exceptional customer service
  2. Organise, prioritise, and manage own workload to meet customer demand
  3. Work using their own initiative striving to improve and get smarter, to add value in everything they do
  4. Show initiative and inventive solutions to overcome obstacles
  5. Have attention to details, ensuring accuracy of information at all times.

The post holder will also be required to utilise a variety of applications including Microsoft Office and web-based applications to access and communicate information to our customers. A driving licence is essential to this role.
