About The Role

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Business Support Service to the Fostering and Family Placement Team. The role involves taking accurate, high quality and professional minutes within the Fostering Panels. This is a demanding and challenging role and you will need the emotional resilience to listen to information that may be distressing. As part of the role you will also enter confidential information onto the internal ICT systems, retrieve information, and be responsible for researching information and developing and maintaining the systems to track work. You will be responsible for arranging and minuting key meetings and used to adhering to strict deadlines.
About the Candidate
We are looking for candidates who are confident and experienced in minute taking, along with keyboard and typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy. You will provide high quality, customer focused, flexible and timely business support to the Family Placement Team. You will deal efficiently and courteously with tact and diplomacy to all queries and correspondence, both written and verbal from a wide range of internal and external customers, completing all documentation and correspondence accurately and to a high standard in line with procedures and within timescale. You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
