Job Description
DXC Technology is expanding our SAP practice across the UK and Europe, and we are looking for experienced Senior SAP Technical Architects and Leaders to join our growing team. If you are passionate about end-to-end SAP solution architecture, from sales engagement to delivery execution, this is the opportunity for you.

As part of our virtual-first approach, you will primarily work remotely with minimal travel while engaging with clients across multiple industries. Due to the nature of our client accounts, SC security clearance is required and for us to obtain this for you, you must be a sole British National that has lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider dual nationals.

About The Role
As a Senior SAP Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SAP solutions for our clients, ensuring they align with their business transformation goals. You will be responsible for opportunity analysis, solution design, and project delivery, leveraging cutting-edge SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Analysis
   • Understand client technical requirements at all project stages (Pre-RFP, RFP, Proposal, and Post-RFP)
   • Leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA, hybrid architectures (Cloud, HANA, On-Prem, Virtualized), and RISE with SAP to develop tailored solutions
   • Validate opportunities by assessing business challenges, technology architecture, and project scope, aligning them with DXC’s capabilities
2. Solution Design & Development
   • Provide deep technical expertise across the SAP product portfolio, demonstrating S/4HANA roadmaps and cloud integration strategies
   • Architect S/4HANA solutions, including greenfield implementations, rollouts, system conversions, and Next-Generation SAP Application Management Services
   • Define comprehensive solution models, including:
   • Scope of services and target architecture
   • Project roadmap and delivery model
   • Risk mitigation strategies and proposal documentation
   • Utilize SAP standard tools (HANA Readiness Check, Pathfinder Reports, DVM Reports) to shape infrastructure roadmaps
   • Collaborate with Reporting and Cloud Integration SMEs to define scalable, efficient SAP solutions
3. Solution & Project Delivery
   • Oversee technical implementation, migrations, and upgrades of S/4HANA and SAP solutions
   • Define and manage deliverables across cross-functional technical teams
   • Engage with key executives and stakeholders, serving as a trusted SAP advisor
   • Apply industry best practices to optimize SAP deployments
   • Lead SAP technical discussions, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives
   • Support hands-on SAP Tech BASIS tasks, including installations, upgrades, and migrations when necessary

Who We’re Looking For
We seek experienced SAP professionals who have a proven track record in designing and delivering SAP technical architectures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive SAP Basis/Technical expertise
• Recent experience in S/4HANA Implementations, System Conversions, and Landscape Transformations
• Minimum of four full lifecycle SAP implementations/rollouts
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect
• Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills
• Effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
• Deep knowledge of SAP technology and architectural design
• Experience in creating architectural models and integrated SAP solutions

Desirable Skills

• Experience in SAP advisory and project delivery
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud solutions, BTP, and RISE with SAP
• Strong client consulting skills
• Ability to provide hands-on SAP Tech BASIS support when needed

Education & Certifications

• A proven track record in SAP solution building and delivery
• Extensive experience in project/program management
• SAP HANA/BTP certifications (preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
