Are you an insurance professional with at least 1 year of commercial experience? We have a super opportunity for you to join a market-leading insurance broker on their wholesale team, working directly with brokers and handling care-based insurance risks.

This powerful broking group provides a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It is an exciting time to join them, as they have lots going on and big plans for the future! They are keen to add a Wholesale Commercial Account Handler to their Care Insurance division, based in their Croydon office.

The team specializes in providing bespoke insurance solutions to brokers dealing with care industry clients. This role will be new business-focused by nature, dealing with inbound inquiries from the broker panel and placing care risks for these brokers and their clients.

To be considered for this role, you will need at least 1 year of insurance broking experience (commercial ideally) and have the Cert CII qualification or be keen to study towards this. You will be highly professional with a confident demeanor, driven, and ambitious.

You will be rewarded with a starting basic salary of GBP 28-30k depending on experience, with quarterly bonuses available after probation (around GBP 1250 a quarter) and 26 days of holiday. They also offer an extensive flexible benefits package!

Flexible working is available, with Mondays and Fridays worked from home. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
