An established industry player is seeking a Property Insurance Risk Consultant to join their dynamic UK team. This role offers the chance to work from home while engaging in client visits across the West of England and South Wales. You will be responsible for producing bespoke quality survey reports, managing risks, and developing strong relationships with brokers and internal partners. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of risk management practices and Health and Safety legislation, ensuring effective risk management decisions are made. Knowledge of risk management and loss prevention for Property and Business Interruption.
Experience with Health and Safety legislation across various trades.

Produce quality survey reports and risk improvements for clients.
Manage risks and handle technical referrals from brokers and clients.
Develop relationships with brokers and internal partners for customer service.

Property Insurance Risk Consultant

Home based with expectancy for client visits across the West of England and South Wales

Our client, a multi-national Insurance company, has an exciting opportunity for a Property Insurance Risk Consultant to join their UK team.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing bespoke quality survey reports and risk improvements including preparation and delivery of presentations to senior client management.
Managing & coordinating risks, handling technical referrals from brokers, clients, and colleagues along with compliance with our governance framework.
Developing an external network of Broker relationships, as well as key internal partner relationships to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.

What We’re Looking For:

Detailed knowledge of current risk management and loss prevention practices for Property and Business Interruption risks; Liability knowledge is essential.
Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice, guidance, and industry standards with experience across a wide range of trades.
Ability to analyse, collate and interpret underwriting information to ensure timely, pro-active risk management decisions are made.
NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety qualification or equivalent.
