Overview

Gallagher Cyber Risk Management are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Risk Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber risk management and producer experience.

This role involves working closely with clients to identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks, as well as developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.

This is a client-facing role that will require strong Cyber knowledge and presentation skills.

We are happy to consider candidates on a remote basis, with the expectation of travel when necessary.


How you'll make an impact

  • Understanding: Possess a fundamental understanding of the cyber risk landscape and current cyber security risk management methodologies.
  • Engagement: Engage with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating confidence and proficiency in promoting a range of services within the cyber security domain.
  • Planning: Strategically plan, schedule, and manage client communication points to enhance sales strategies.
  • Support: Support the wider team enhance the effectiveness of sales efforts.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Prospecting: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Meetings: Arrange meetings with potential clients, attentively listening to their requirements and concerns.
  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.

About You

  • Good Cyber Security and IT networking understanding, with the desire to learn.
  • Experience in building trust and developing B2B client relationships.
  • Superb communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the confidence to communicate at C-Level.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised.
  • Creative problem solver who insightfully anticipates client needs and proactively addresses them.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work well independently and self-manage workload effectively.
  • Can work and manage deadlines whilst managing client expectations and needs.
  • UK Driver’s license.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
