Job Title: Paid Search Executive

Reporting to: Paid Search Manager

Location: THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Office based 5 days per week

As a Paid Search Executive, you’ll:

• Bid Adjustments & Strategy Testing
• Performance Reporting (Weekly & Monthly)
• Google & Microsoft Partnership Management
• Strategic & Collaborative Projects (Digital marketing, ecommerce trading)
• Keyword & Copy Research (With SEO)
• Paid Search Management (Driving commercial returns, £1m+ monthly budgets)
• Campaign Optimisation (Test & learn approach across European & International markets)
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting (Communicating insights to stakeholders)
• Account Structure & Innovation (Optimisation for experimentation)

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

• 1-2 years of experience in Paid search or online search marketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with proficient data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise a varied workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
