Job Title: Paid Search Executive

Reporting to: Paid Search Manager

Location: THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Office based 5 days per week

As a Paid Search Executive, you’ll:

1. Bid Adjustments & Strategy Testing
2. Performance Reporting (Weekly & Monthly)
3. Google & Microsoft Partnership Management
4. Strategic & Collaborative Projects (Digital marketing, ecommerce trading)
5. Keyword & Copy Research (With SEO)
6. Paid Search Management (Driving commercial returns, £1m+ monthly budgets)
7. Campaign Optimisation (Test & learn approach across European & International markets)
8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting (Communicating insights to stakeholders)
9. Account Structure & Innovation (Optimisation for experimentation)

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

1. 1-2 years of experience in Paid search or online search marketing is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and reporting tools like Google Analytics.
3. Excellent communication skills for delivering insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
4. High attention to detail with proficient data analysis and interpretation skills.
5. Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritise a varied workload, and meet tight deadlines.
6. A proactive mindset with a 'can-do' attitude, adapting to shifting priorities.
7. Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
8. Interest in the health and fitness industry is a plus.
