Is it a role for you?

You'll take ownership of client projects, ensuring smooth execution by leading both internal and external sprint meetings. This role plays a key part in supporting the HubSpot services team by setting up, customising and managing HubSpot’s full software suite to enhance project delivery for our Clients.

As a hands-on HubSpot expert, you’ll spend significant time within the platform, leveraging its full range of tools to build impactful solutions. Your deep understanding of HubSpot (or other CRM systems) will enable you to not only develop strategic solutions but also train and empower both internal teams and clients. You will be a HubSpot champion within the agency, serving as a go-to expert and staying actively engaged with the wider HubSpot community.

This role sits within the HubSpot services team and reports to the Head of HubSpot Services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Projects: Take ownership of client projects, driving the end-to-end process from initial setup through to completion. Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
  • Sprint Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and external sprint meetings, ensuring that the team is aligned on project goals, tasks and timelines. Facilitating productive discussions, keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
  • HubSpot Subject Matter Expert: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the full suite of HubSpot software. Be a go-to resource for both internal teams and clients, providing expert advice and support.
  • Advanced Customisation & Implementation: Using your knowledge and experience of HubSpot to plan and implement advanced customisation of the platform. This will include implementing complex automated workflows, configuration of data architecture and use of a broad range of functionality and tools.
  • Advanced Integrations & API Work: Collaborate with integration specialist to help build connections between HubSpot and 3rd party apps and software.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to both internal teams and clients on HubSpot best practices, tools and features. Ensure users understand how to get the most out of the platform.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance Karman Digital’s own use of HubSpot and identify opportunities for internal CRM improvements.

Skills, competencies and experience

  • You are comfortable leading meetings and managing client relationships in a project setting.
  • You have the ability to uncover and analyse client pain points by asking thoughtful, strategic questions to fully understand their challenges.
  • You can use your in-depth knowledge to design and implement tailored solutions that address the client’s needs.
  • You have the ability to run and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
  • You are self-motivated, goal-oriented and persistent with a passion for personal development
  • You are commercially minded and understand how to maximise Client LTV.
  • You take initiative rather than waiting for explicit instructions
  • You have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • You are extremely detail oriented
  • You are a rational and logical thinker able to identify solutions to process automation and data management challenges
  • You excel at handling large data sets and implementing automated data management solutions.
  • You have experience in the set up and management of cloud based CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You can demonstrate composure, resilience, and flexibility in relation to changing customer needs and deadlines

Location: Hybrid - Manchester. Co-working space in Manchester utilised once a fortnight.
