This role is a Senior CRM Executive supporting our boohoo brand. You will be responsible for delivering the retention and acquisition strategy across CRM marketing channels, creating best-in-class, innovative campaigns across email, app push notifications, and SMS. As Senior CRM Executive, your responsibilities will include ownership and execution of the customer communications plan, managing a team of CRM assistants while ensuring plans always meet customer and commercial needs.
