We are searching for a Business Development Manager who has experience working in the UK infrastructure and construction market. A leading player in the sector is seeking a Business Development Manager to support the expansion of their UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with clients across the infrastructure and construction sectors.
  • Identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of future opportunities, ensuring regular reporting and analysis.
  • Support the leadership team in shaping the business strategy and market positioning.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, networking forums, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Pre-Construction and Bid Management, to develop compelling proposals and winning strategies.
  • Ensure market intelligence is effectively captured, tracking competitor activity and emerging trends.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-focused solutions.
