We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Commissioning Capability Senior Manager.
The Commissioning Capability Manager will report to the Chief Development Engineer. Function-based capability managers are a crucial part of ensuring project delivery objectives can be met. Responsible for people, processes & tools (for a given discipline), the capability manager will ensure project outcomes can be achieved in a lean and efficient way.
Role selection criteria:
Pay and Benefits
• Salary - £68000 - £89000
• A performance-related bonus of up to 17%
• An attractive pension scheme with 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.

Each Rolls-Royce SMR power station will have the capacity to generate 470MW of low carbon energy, equivalent to more than 150 onshore wind turbines and enough to power a million homes. It will provide consistent baseload generation for at least 60 years, helping to support the rollout of renewable generation and overcome intermittency issues.
