Position Title: Senior Manager, Creator Growth *Maternity cover 9-12 months

About the Role

As the Senior Manager, Creator Growth you will be at the forefront of identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential creators to grow LTK’s creator community and drive revenue. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with top talent, ensuring they understand the value of LTK, and equipping them with the tools to succeed.

This role combines talent scouting, creator relationship management, and strategic coaching, ensuring that each recruited creator aligns with LTK’s brand vision and contributes to community growth, engagement and revenue. This role is part of an established team that is building on LTK’s success, driving creator acquisition, retention, and engagement, ensuring that LTK continues to be the go-to platform for top-tier influencers & brand partnerships.

How you will make an Impact

Identify & Source High-Potential Creators

• Research & build a target list of creators, e.g., fashion within different verticals.
• Use knowledge and connections to spot rising creators before they blow up.
• Acquire and track new Creators through engagement metrics to ensure quality recruits with strong audience connections.
• Work cross-functionally to develop recruitment strategies aligned with LTK’s brand growth.
• Nurture relationships with interested creators, guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Guide high-value prospects through the application, onboarding & growth process.

Creator Coaching & Success Optimisation

• Provide structured coaching to onboarded creators, ensuring content consistency, audience engagement, and LTK platform optimization.
• Help creators maximise earnings through tailored coaching flows.
• Educate creators on brand partnerships, revenue opportunities, and LTK content best practices.

Track & Report Progress

• Maintain a dashboard tracking outreach, responses, and conversions.
• Report weekly progress on new recruits & onboarding success rates.
• Provide insights and refine the recruitment strategy accordingly.
• Track creator community growth, engagement, and revenue impact.

What you will bring to LTK

• 5+ years of experience in growth, sales, talent scouting, creator partnerships, tech, or a similar role in the creator economy (preferably at a talent agency or influencer platform).
• Proven Track Record in Creator Acquisition & Growth
• A deep understanding of the creator economy, influencer trends
• Strategic Creator Engagement & Relationship Management
• Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile influencers.
• Ability to craft compelling acquisitions and convert top creators into platform ambassadors.
• Growth & Performance Focused Mindset. Ability to translate creator acquisition into measurable business growth.
• Comfortable using data & analytics to refine recruitment strategies and track ROI.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of turning vision into actionable plans with measurable results.
• Ability to acquire, track performance, and meet growth targets, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of key metrics.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams.
• Collaborate with the Creator team to provide ongoing support and guidance, enhancing creator loyalty and retention.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and creative strategies to enhance LTK further in the creator economy.
