Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham - £25,300 base salary + commission

You'll work in one of our client’s specialised sectors, such as Social Housing, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, IT, Local Government, Construction, and Property Management. You'll undergo an extensive training and personal development program, acquiring highly sought-after skills, including consultation, negotiation, networking, and account management.

What You'll Do:

• Source candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients, both over the phone and in person
• Conduct market mapping and become a knowledgeable industry expert
• Work towards monthly progression targets
• Manage your candidate and client database
