Base pay range

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant on a full-time permanent basis.

Reward
  • Monday – Thursday 8.30-5.30, Friday early finish at 4.30

Job Role:
  • Developing your own client base, winning new business, and nurturing existing relationships
  • Attending client meetings, maximising client relationships to ensure successful client growth
  • Sourcing candidates and identifying suitable opportunities which align the candidates
  • Interviewing candidates and ensuring all relevant RTW and any specific qualifications or licences
  • Placing candidates into a variety of temporary projects across the construction sector
  • Negotiating rates and maximising sales
  • Working in a target-driven environment with uncapped commission – the more you put in, the more you get out!
Skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a sales-based position preferred but not essential
  • A passion for connecting with people, someone who naturally builds relationships with ease
  • A go-getter attitude with strong business development and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Hungry and driven to achieve targets
