An established industry player is seeking a Supply Chain Trade Counter Demand Planner to enhance their store replenishment systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring product availability for customers, aligning stock levels with promotional plans, and contributing to a dynamic supply chain team. With a hybrid working model, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from the office and home while being part of a supportive culture. Join a fast-growing retailer and be instrumental in delivering on their promise of 100% product availability. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about data and supply chain optimization.
It’s a great time to join Screwfix. Thanks to the hard work of our team and record-breaking sales, we’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing retailers in the UK. And we want to pass that growth onto you.
As a Supply Chain Trade Counter Demand Planner, reporting to the Category Supply Manager, you'll be responsible for optimising our store replenishment system to maximise the availability of our products for our customers to fulfil our "100% available from stock" promise.
With a keen interest in data and a passion for analysis, you will play an integral part in the supply chain team. You'll work closely with the Distribution Centre Planner to understand future promotional and category plans, ensuring stores launch with the appropriate stock levels and are set up for success.
Here in our supply chain team, you'll be part of a fast-paced community where every day is different, with clearly defined availability targets and objectives providing the opportunity to shine as an individual and a category team.
We believe that a hybrid, flexible working approach offers you – and your colleagues – the best of both worlds. Face-to-face collaboration is an integral part of our warm, friendly culture, so you’ll work from our head office three days a week, working flexibly around our core working hours of 10am-3pm. Beyond that, how, when and where you work is up to you. With a subsidised canteen, free parking and a comfortable, relaxed environment, we’ve worked hard to build an office you’ll want to work in. We also know that, when it comes to school pick-ups and home deliveries, it’s nice to have the flexibility to do both.
