My client is a logistics and shipping company with a strong presence across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and Asia, who are looking for 2 Export Co-ordinators to join their team!
The Role:
You'll play a key role in managing export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Data entry, booking collections & export entry processing
- Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service
- Co-ordinating export groupage and full-load movements
- Liaising with transport companies to meet delivery schedules
- Monitoring emails
- Supporting the team with various operational duties
- Late finish once a week for loading & customs completion
What You Need to Be Considered:
- Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping
- Strong exports & customs knowledge
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
