Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent

My client is a logistics and shipping company with a strong presence across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and Asia, who are looking for 2 Export Co-ordinators to join their team!

The Role:
You'll play a key role in managing export operations, ensuring smooth logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:

Data entry, booking collections & export entry processing
Handling customer queries and providing top-tier service
Co-ordinating export groupage and full-load movements
Liaising with transport companies to meet delivery schedules
Monitoring emails
Supporting the team with various operational duties
Late finish once a week for loading & customs completion

What You Need to Be Considered:

Minimum 12 months experience in groupage shipping
Strong exports & customs knowledge
Ability to meet deadlines
Computer literate
Great attention to detail
Excellent communication & customer service skills
