An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Director to join a well-established healthcare provider.

As an HR Director, you will lead and manage the HR function across all sites and departments, in collaboration with the HR Management Team and senior colleagues.


You will be responsible for:

  1. Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management strategies.
  2. Drive performance management processes to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies that align with organisational goals.
  4. Lead initiatives on learning, organisational development, and change management.
  5. Foster strong employee relations and improve engagement across the organisation.

What we are looking for:

  1. Previously worked as an HR Director, Head of Human Resources, Head of HR, HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Lead in a similar role.
  2. Strong HR management background.
  3. Background in managing change, including cultural.
  4. Advanced knowledge of employment law and employee relations in Ireland.
  5. Third-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a comparable field.
