Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Security Expert

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote

We are looking for an Offensive AI Security Expert to join our team and help us deliver cutting-edge capabilities in AI security, this person will tend to lean towards more of the offensive side of AI security.

Responsibilities:

Create and Sign Standards for AI SDLC: Develop and implement standards for the AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure security is integrated from the ground up.
Develop InfoSec POC Capabilities: Design and develop proof-of-concept (POC) capabilities to demonstrate the effectiveness of AI-driven security solutions.
Establish an AI Cyber Security Innovation Lab: Set up and lead an innovation lab focused on AI cybersecurity, fostering research and development of new security technologies.
Define AI/ML Red Teaming Practice: Develop and lead AI/ML red teaming practices to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in AI systems.
Create and Sign Standards for AI Sec Ops: Establish and enforce standards for AI Security Operations to ensure ongoing protection and monitoring of AI systems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in offensive security, particularly in AI and machine learning environments.
Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and their security implications.
Experience with SDLC and Sec Ops.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI cybersecurity tools and technologies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to AI security.
